This experiential 5 week course aims to unpick the current science of happiness and to systematically help teach simple, empirically-proven techniques to achieving greater happiness, satisfaction and ease in one’s own life.
The course consists of 5 X 2 hour in-person sessions at the Nutritionworld which is supplemented by approximately 1-2 hours per week of home learning on a dedicated virtual study platform and we finish with a 60 minute group call on the Zoom platform from 6-7.30pm US Eastern.
The online material comprises empirical validated assessments, some easy to digest primary source & original material and factual short video clips.
